Patient and Detail-Focused Tutor for Maths and Computer Science

Hello! I’m Joseph Taiwo, a passionate and driven university student and tutor offering dynamic lessons in computer science, mathematics, and academic study skills. With a strong background in university-level Risk & Decision-Making, Security & Authentication, and practical data analysis using Python/Pandas, I bring a unique blend of technical knowledge and real-world application to help students succeed. Whether you're tackling A-Level Maths, beginning your journey in computer science, or improving your study strategies for university modules, I tailor each session to your needs. I'm committed to helping you build deep understanding, confidence, and the ability to apply concepts independently — not just memorise them. I believe in interactive, engaging sessions: we’ll work through examples together, pause for reflection, and consolidate learning with clear, structured notes. My approach emphasises clarity, attention to detail, and genuine progress. Outside tutoring, I play linebacker for the QMUL Vipers, so I know the value of discipline, resilience and consistent improvement — values I bring into every lesson.
