Computing teacher providing lessons to KS3, KS4 and KS5 students

From IT professional to educator, my journey has been driven by a passion for technology and a commitment to shaping future innovators. Currently, I serve as a Computer Science and IT Teacher at UTC, where I inspire students to explore and excel in the digital landscape. With 6+ years of experience in IT System Support and Healthcare Technology, I transitioned into teaching to share my knowledge and foster the next generation of tech talent. My background spans cloud technologies, system administration, network monitoring and specialized roles in healthcare IT, such as PACS Administration. Today, I leverage this diverse expertise to make complex concepts accessible, engaging students in hands-on learning and critical problem-solving. My role isn’t just about teaching theory; it’s about empowering students to tackle real-world challenges. Driven by a mission to inspire, I believe in unlocking each student's potential and helping them navigate their journey towards becoming tech-savvy innovators and critical thinkers.
