I give private lessons in coaching - that is, facilitating learning in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. This may be useful for managers, leaders, and teachers

I'm passionate about coaching. The skills, the models, the tools. I personalise and adapt my teaching based on your situation and needs. I have over ten years experience as a teacher and a MSc in coaching psychology. Understanding coaching is really helpful in multiple contexts. This is why as well as coaching clients myself, and leading my businesses in a coaching style, I also like to teach coaching to anyone keen to learn. Coaching skills can help with managing tricky employees, dealing with confrontation, building relationships, trying to get close to someone who is closed off, being able to stir motivation in those around you, or in helping people's wellbeing. There are so many understanding coaching can help. Life is full of conversations and relationships. But it's also important to know the risks and the importance of setting the stage for coaching-related conversations.
