Clear effective communication skills, confidence to deliver a great lesson plan and not afraid of challenges that come along with an engaging audience. The ability to show patience to learners. I have worked with children for ages 0-7 helping them to grow and exceed in their development. I have done planning based off the needs which gives me a clear understanding of the child and what they understand.
