Do you want to unlock your full potential? Do you want to accomplish your dreams and don't know how? That's why I am here for!

br/>As a recent graduate with a degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology, my coursework and practical experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in mentoring, coaching, and fostering growth. While I may lack extensive professional experience, my academic background has provided me with valuable insights into the psychological principles underlying individual and team performance. I approach teaching with a person-centred approach, prioritizing empathy, active listening, and understanding students' unique needs and challenges. Drawing from my experience in customer service roles, I excel in building rapport and trust with individuals, creating a supportive environment conducive to learning and growth. In tutoring and mentoring, I aim to empower students by helping them identify their strengths, set actionable goals, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles. Through personalized guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement, I strive to inspire students to unlock their full potential and achieve their academic and personal goals.
