German lessons for beginner and intermediate

I can't recommend Steffi highly enough. She has been able to progress my level in German to a place that I couldn’t have believed was possible. She has a gentle enthusiasm, and has guided me from a beginner in German to steadily build my confidence to the point where I feel sure footed about my ability to communicate in German, whether in writing or verbally. I found the lessons well organized and fun and have especially enjoyed learning from our conversations, which are a highlight of my week. What sets Steffi apart from many language teachers is that she is able to bridge the gap in understanding, not only in language but also in culture, having lived in the UK for many years and having an English and German family. What a great teacher! Danke.

I’ve been learning German with Steffi for just over 18 months and can thoroughly recommend the experience! Steffi is a brilliant tutor: very well-organised, very encouraging, very skilled, and passionate about her vocation. I’ve learned so much but just as important, I really enjoy our sessions. Sign up, you won’t regret it!

Steffi is a skilled teacher who imparts her knowledge with empathy and understanding. She quickly assesses your level in your language journey and offers bespoke support whether it be for exam preparation or your own language development. She can offer Zoom type lessons or face to face teaching for local clients. I would highly recommend her.

Steffi is well-prepared for every lesson. She makes learning German interesting, fun and straightforward. I really enjoy our weekly sessions and have learnt a lot in a short space of time. Steffi is also very professional but friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!
