Experienced University-Level Biology & Chemistry Tutor | PhD Candidate in Immunology

I am a final-year PhD student in Immunology with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and teaching experience at Kaplan International College at the University of Essex. There, I supported international students, where many do not speak English as their first language, in adapting to UK university-level study. My teaching focused on integrating core scientific knowledge with academic skills to help them succeed in Biochemistry and Biomedical Science. I tutor a wide range of Biology disciplines including Molecular Biology, Immunology, Medical Microbiology, Anatomy and Physiology, General and Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry and Biochemistry, as well as university-level Chemistry. I specialise in making complex scientific ideas accessible, especially for students who are building both subject knowledge and academic language. My lessons are supportive, tailored to individual goals, and designed to build both understanding and confidence, whether you're preparing for assessments or want to deepen your grasp of key topics.
