I’m heavy on dedication and having a strong confident mind I go to the gym myself and help others with their gym progress

I have a level 3 sport diploma which entitles me to be a PERSONAL TRAINER, this is something I’ve always enjoyed doing myself and wanted to watch people grow and progress throughout life, I use the same standard I teach on my own life and gym routine/diet/sleeping pattern. I’m motivated, disciplined and already ready for a gym session regardless of time or mental health. The acting roll I want to take is to help people with 1 getting to there goals or 2 people who struggle with mental health and wish to become something they can picture in there mind but might need a slight hand learning the ropes, im 4/5 years deep into the gym myself for natural body building, prior that I played rugby for Halifax RLFC.
