Maths tutor providing lessons to children of all ages

I have a strong foundation in Pure Mathematics, Economics, and Computer Science, and I am preparing to begin a degree in Data Analytics and Actuarial Science at City, University of London. This programme will allow me to further strengthen the analytical and quantitative skills that I already bring to my tutoring. At the secondary level, I earned fourteen Grade I’s and one Grade II in the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examinations, which are equivalent in scope and rigor to the UK’s GCSEs. Currently, I am pursuing advanced studies at St. Vincent Community College, where I continue to refine my problem-solving ability and logical reasoning. Since 2021, I have been working as a private tutor in Mathematics and English. I specialize in breaking down complex concepts into clear, step-by-step explanations and tailoring lessons to suit each student’s learning style. My students have consistently improved their performance, with many achieving distinctions in their examinations. More importantly, they leave sessions with greater confidence, enthusiasm, and independence in their studies.
