Friendly Maths Tutor for Children | 8+ Years’ Experience | Build Confidence & Skills

I’m an experienced and patient maths tutor with over 8 years of teaching experience, helping children develop confidence, strengthen their core maths skills and enjoy learning. I provide friendly, structured and personalised online lessons for nursery and primary-school pupils. Every lesson is adapted to your child’s individual level, learning style and goals. I can help with numeracy, arithmetic, times tables, fractions, problem-solving, homework support and preparation for school assessments. I explain difficult concepts step by step and use plenty of practice to make sure your child genuinely understands the topic rather than simply memorising an answer. I particularly enjoy supporting children who may need extra patience, encouragement or a different approach to learning. My aim is to create a relaxed environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building their confidence. What you can expect: * One-to-one personalised lessons * Clear and patient explanations * Lessons adapted to your child’s ability * Homework and schoolwork support * Regular practice and progress-focused learning * A positive and encouraging teaching environment Whether your child is struggling with maths or simply wants to get ahead, I’ll create lessons around their individual needs and help them make steady progress. £40 per hour | Online lessons available/ face to face
