’ve always believed that our struggles shape our strength—and that’s why I’m passionate about helping young people navigate their own challenges. Growing up, I didn’t have an easy path. I struggled with exam anxiety that made school feel overwhelming, and academics never came naturally to me. At the same time, I was dealing with the emotional impact of my parents’ divorce, which left me feeling unsettled and unsure of where I fit in. Like many teens, I also battled body image issues that affected my confidence and self-worth. Despite these challenges, I found ways to move forward—by learning to manage anxiety, rebuild my self-esteem, and turn pain into purpose. I’ve been through it all, and I know how isolating it can feel. That’s why I want to offer young people the support I wish I had at their age: someone who truly understands what they’re going through and can guide them with empathy, honesty, and practical tools. As a life coach, my goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where young people can feel heard, empowered, and capable of creating change in their lives. I don’t just speak from theory—I speak from experience.
