I teach, guide, and assist students in answering and completing their assignments with respect to philosophy, business communications, and epistemology extensively, clearly, and objectively through an online class at Course Hero. I also conduct a combination of oral and written exams to measure the understanding of the student(s). I train and teach employees of real estate companies with regard to real estate transactions, negotiations, BIR payments, transferring of titles to new owners, and mortgage process application. I've been a real estate broker for more than 20 years, providing quality service to thousands of clients by guiding them to find suitable property either for end use or investment. Being a real estate broker is challenging yet rewarding. It takes a tedious process to complete one negotiated transaction. I assist the buyer(s) in conducting due diligence, in negotiating between the seller and the buyer the consideration, processing the mortgage application, writing the business proposal, complying with the government duties, and turning over the unit or property to the buyer.
