I have Diploma in Yoga from a Community College run by the Government of India.
I hev been practising yoga in personal life for the last 10 years. I have been teaching yoga for the local people for the last 2 years. I have more than 30 years of experience in teaching academic subjects in schools and colleges both in India and abroad. I think this is my added qualificaation for teaching yoga.
I can teach you Praadhamika aasanas (Primary Posteures) and Vishamaasanas ( Hard postures ) I am able to make your body and mind adapted to the postures by giving related stretchings. I am able to teach you the philosophy of yogic life and theory of yoga, praanaayama and meditation. i am well versed both in Written and spoken English.
