Fozia is extremely well organised with lesson plans that were engaging for the students and showed her passion for the subject. Every student in her class was able to learn something new in every lesson. It was always a lovely experience being in her lessons as there was clear evidence of learning with a fun aspect. She took time to know her students well, consequently was able to scaffold the content if needed. She had excellent behaviour management skills.
