I am a nutritional therapist and a mindfulness teacher. I have a master's of science in health and wellbeing and I am specialising in personalised holistic health. I can assist with general knowledge on health subjects, help with research, constructing essays, to become a critical thinker and understanding the importance of both mental and physical health for our wellbeing. I am also a costume designer and can confidently teach sewing, designing and how to work on film and theatre. Similarly, I am also an artist, can speak Finnish and English, so many skills to choose from!
