I am an Italian chef who grew up in a family of chefs, where I learned respect for ingredients and the true pleasure of sharing a meal. After completing my culinary studies and gaining experience in different kitchens across Northern Italy, I moved to England to refine my skills and fully develop my passion for cooking. Working in London has given me the opportunity to explore a wide range of cuisines and techniques from around the world—knowledge and methods I can’t wait to share with my students.
