I am a certified coach with the Jay Shetty Certification School, a school teacher, a university mentor and a yoga and meditation teacher. Leading through embodiment, I have overcome many struggles on my journey, enabling me to hold space from an empathetic and relatable place. I believe that through authenticity and vulnerability we can drop into a better relationship with ourselves and our bodies, creating a compassionate and grounded approach to self-healing. I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people find happiness in their work, relationships, and life. My aim is to help others focus, reflect, and refine their lives.
