Yoga has helped me over come so many different things in my life from a slipped disc in my lower back to crippling anxiety, it was yoga that helped me to see a different perspective on life and was the saving grace to these things, yoga is for everyone of all ages and abilities and something I am very passionate in sharing with others who too can found great belief in the many wonderful benefits it has to offer.
