Science tutor teaching students of all ages

As a Pharmaceutical Studies graduate, and a current medical student, science is all I know. My golden skill is that I am able to translate even the hardest of topics to wrap your head around, into little chunks of info that anyone is able to understand, and in a way that is enjoyable so that you will never forget it! I have been continually teaching my colleagues my whole life, and only recently I realised to put it to good use by becoming a tutor and expressing my passion to teach and convert initially bamboozling topics into a walk in the park. I am able to teach Science of all ages, as well as Mathematics, and a couple of foreign languages to a conversational level such as Arabic and Bulgarian. My personality is very relaxed, down-to-earth, and my goal is to make lessons more of a conversation where I can exchange ideas and thoughts with my students, rather than just spoon-feed information. Learning is best performed when the student is actively recalling ideas from their heads, after all. I achieved the CREST Silver Award, where I was fortunate enough to teach Year 5 children science lessons for a 10-week period - it was very rewarding knowing that the childrens' interests in the field of Science grew week-by-week, and eventually expressing their gratitude towards myself and the team for enabling them to discover a passion that they didn't realise they had before. I am highly eager to get started right away to making a difference, no matter the size, to any student who is keen in learning and excelling in their academic performance!
