Hi there,
I am Sophie O´Kane a fully qualified yoga teacher who has trained and taught for over 12 years. My classes are predominately for beginners who want to improve flexibility. I have a very relaxed approach to teaching with many variations to suit the clients needs.
I started Yoga age 17 at my local health club - Bamford - Daylesford, where i was taught by the very best
I then trained in Greece to get my teacher certificate at the age of 19 - and started teaching locally online and in person. i then worked in fashion for 10 years for a very well known model as her PA. This platform gave me the opportunity to be taught by very well known instructors.
I charge 15 pounds for 40 mins - ONLINE .
