ADHD Therapeutic Coach - Neurodivergent Specialist

I run my own private practice where I work with adults and children as well as couples. I am also a Clinical Supervisor. I was diagnosed with ADHD two years ago so have lived experience and professional knowledge of living with neurodiversity. Self awareness is key as ADHD does not go away but by identifying the dominos and developing coping strategies you can learn to function better day-to-day.
