Dr Sean is a Science Master. I struggle with understanding scientific concepts and, specifically, the complex functions of the brain and nervous system. In my online sessions, we explore the fundamental knowledge and expand it to how these systems regulate behaviour. What makes our lessons more valuable is that we discuss and explore using examples from personal and cultural contexts. This method of learning allows me to understand my own biochemistry, to investigate techniques that develop my physiological functions and behaviour while challenging myself to do better. Dr Sean’s extensive scientific knowledge, academic rigour, and teaching style makes for an enriched, holistic learning experience. He is also the perfect accountability partner to motivate me to reach my learning goals.
