Collins Ibor, a young man with a passion for numbers, pursued accounting at university and worked as a system engineer and business hall manager at StarTimes in Calabar. He later worked as a Revenue Recovery Officer at Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHEDC) and as a Quality Assurance and Process Compliance Officer. In 2022, he joined St Annes Community Service as an IT Service Desk Analyst, handling incidents and service requests, providing triage services, and escalating to other support tiers, management, external suppliers, and partners. He follows documented procedures, maintains detailed incident and asset records, and is responsible for user creation and modification using Active Directory and Office365 Admin Portal. Collins Ibor has developed and applied skills such as time management, decision-making, teamwork, organizational, and communication skills to succeed in their organization.
