Saxophone, Clarinet & Piano Lessons – Cardiff - Jazz specialism but teach all musical styles – All Ages

I have known and worked closely with Dan for over six years. He is exceptionally kind and friendly as well as a top-class musician. He is an incredible reader as well as an expert improviser. With this much talent as well as being an all-round lovely guy he gets my highest recommendation to be your music teacher.

I recently had a private lesson with Dan and had a really great time- I’d definitely recommend! He was really patient, knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. The lesson was great too as i felt it was tailored towards my current level so I felt comfortable asking questions but still challenging in ways! Thanks again for all your help! :)

Dan is a fantastic teacher and musician. I've worked with him extensively, he's more than equipped to support his students. Has plenty of patience for students of all levels, and the industry experience to back it up!

Dan is a very talented and passionate musician with lots of experience. He is extremely patient and encouraging. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a kind and inspiring teacher!

Dan is super knowledgeable and a fantastic musician but most importantly creates a relaxed and effective environment for learning. He has the right balance between imparting knowledge and playing, making the most of each lesson, ensuring good progress in a supportive and friendly way. A great choice of tutor to progress playing and maximising enjoyment.

Daniel is a rare breed. He’s an amazing player but also a really friendly down to earth person. Lessons with him are a lot of fun!
