Native Japanese Tutor for Professionals & Serious Learners | 7 Years Teaching Experience

Hi, I’m Karen, a native Japanese speaker with a qualified English teaching certification and 7 years of teaching experience, ranging from secondary school students to working professionals. I also have a professional background in Tokyo across operations and digital media roles, so I bring real workplace context into my lessons, not just textbook Japanese. My lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether that’s JLPT preparation, Japanese high school entrance exam prep, business Japanese, or everyday conversation. I focus on practical, natural Japanese and clear communication. I also offer proofreading and correction of Japanese business documents on request. Lessons are available online with flexible scheduling. Looking forward to helping you make real progress.
