Life Coaching - Helping people to discover their purpose, their Why?
Advert description
I help companies, and individuals, to get more from themselves by reinvigorating individuals to find their purpose and uncover any subconscious beliefs or concerns that are holding them back.
Since the pandemic employee satisfaction has become paramount, as people strive to find more purpose and fulfilment in their careers - and when companies show genuine commitment to their employees’ well-being, employees respond in kind.
Working with a coach improves retention, job satisfaction and motivation, helping people to unlock their potential and maximise their performance.
A few years ago coaching was considered a luxury now, in these challenging times, it is considered a necessity.
