I am incredibly passionate about life coaching. As someone who has historically struggled with OCD (which was a real struggle during my A Level and University studies!) I have, over the years, learnt to manage my own mind and to really grow in awareness of the stories I tell myself that either enable me to thrive or keep me stuck. As a result of overcoming a lot of my own, personal struggles, I trained to become a life coach so that I could help others (including students, as I would have loved a coach as a student!) to step away from the business of everyday life; consider what it is they really WANT and then empower them to figure out how to get there, cheering them on along the way, in whatever area of their life (personal/professional), they'd like to make progress within. In a nutshell, my mission, as a life coach, is to help YOU close the gap between where you ARE and where you WANT to be.
