I am here to help you design a road map to build better habits , this structure you design will help you make better decisions in life both professional and personal.
For most of my career I have worked in Corporate Finance and have mentored and trained many people in the world of accounts and business.
Having a career in finance has been wonderful but it has been my experience in life that brings the mentoring skills to the front and it is these lived experiences that build a great team and ultimately individual people start to believe in themself and their abilities.
I retrained in 2016 to become a Life Coach and specialise in changing our behaviours towards building great habits.
I am a yoga teacher, meditation coach and cold water therapy instructor.
You will find me on a beach in Scotland, in the cold doing yoga and breathing deeply.
I will help you push by your current limiting beliefs and guide you to the powerful person that you are.
