Hatha, Ashtanga and Hot Power yoga teacher

I teach yoga flow, Hatha and Ashtanga and recently came back from 200 and 300 YTT training in Rishikesh India, the home of yoga. I offer classes for all levels from beginner introduction level through to advanced multi-class advancement level. I have been exposed to and taught all 8 limbs of yoga beyond Asana practice, as well as meditation and sound journeys. Finding ways to incorporate the history and origin of yoga, alongside a positive and energizing vibration in every class. I formulate classes to directly deal with all systems in our bodies, especially our nervous system. I strive to intertwine honoring the yoga practice, with the use of sound bowls and frequency-specific music. I am a dedicated and reliable individual, always wanting my work to go above and beyond the requirements.
