Experienced Senior Lecturer here to support you as you navigate uni life

I am an experienced lecturer in allied health subjects and supported students to organise and prioritise work and life as they study. I received the 'personal tutor of the year' award and was shortlisted as 'lecturer of the year' in the Student Led Teaching Awards, which I am proud of. I understand the challenges that university life can bring, and the demands of deadlines and new subject areas. Working together we will identify what is challenging you, recognise your strengths and create an action plan that helps you thrive at university. I am a qualified health and wellness coach, and will use these skills to support you. Coaching involves thinking about the topic in hand, the opportunities available to you and asking you the right questions so that you feel in control to make the change. I believe in positive attitude when approaching life's challenges, and with the insight I have into university processes and routines, I can help you navigate your university life. I look forward to hearing from you.
