Chemical Engineering UCAS personal statement tutor. MEng Chemical Engineering student at Imperial College London, on track for First-Class Honours

As a UCAS tutor, I strive to help all my students apply and craft personalised personal statements to land interviews at all the TOP universities, and then coach them through interview preparation. My background in Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London, where I am on track to graduate with First-Class Honours, has equipped me with a deep understanding of science and mathematics. I excel at breaking down challenging topics into manageable parts, helping students build confidence and mastery over time. My academic achievements, including a 42-point International Baccalaureate score with top marks in Higher Level Chemistry and Physics, and grade 9s in all my International GCSE subjects, reflect my strong analytical skills and attention to detail. These qualities are central to my tutoring approach. I focus on developing students' problem-solving abilities by guiding them through step-by-step methods and encouraging them to think critically about each problem. In my tutoring sessions, I prioritize creating a supportive and interactive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. I draw on my experience leading university projects and my work in a biotherapeutics lab to provide real-world examples that make abstract concepts more relatable. My goal is not just to help students achieve academic success, but also to foster a genuine interest in the subject matter. My leadership roles as the Departmental Academic Representative and Vice President of the Indian Society at Imperial College have further honed my ability to communicate effectively and tailor my teaching to individual learning styles. I believe that every student learns different
