I am a native Chinese speaker with a degree in English Language

Yunfei pays close attention to detail and takes care to tailor lessons to my needs. Yunfei is very observant and quick to think of solutions, and enjoys having some general conversation after lessons to help me practise my spoken Chinese, which has been very beneficial.

Yunfei is very engaging and interesting as a tutor. She not only teaches the language, but she shares her cultural experiences. She is patient and understanding and helps build confidence in a self conscious student. She is funny and makes the lessons fun and engaging. She knows a lot about the origins of the Mandarin characters and how they are built up. As a former teacher I can confidently say that she is a natural teacher, and I highly recommend her for both adult and child education.
