Experience (20 years) PhD educated tutor offering tuition at all levels

I have 20 years of experience teaching mathematics, from A-level students to postgraduates at UK's top universities (Cambridge, Oxford, Warwick,...). I have taught both in a private capacity as well as in a university setting (tutorials, Oxbridge style supervisions, drop-in sessions, workshops). At the postgraduate/professional level, my specialties are: - Statistics - Probability Theory - Machine Learning - Scientific Computing (R/Python) but do get in touch if your are interested in a different field. Lessons are tailored to the student's needs but the fundamental principle is always gaining some intuition for and understanding of the underlying theory before tackling practical problems. Demystifying a formula goes a long way to making one feel comfortable using it!
