Experienced Head of Drama!

Hi! So to start with my teaching experience; teaching 6 Years now. Experience in both Head of Drama and Head of Performing Arts - Hopefully helps show that I'm not bad at my job! I do enjoy building a good rapport with students; this helps me identify what revision style works for them and essentially how you learn best. I take pride in finding ways to help students learn best - if I have done that, I've done my job correctly! I have experience and knowledge in teaching the following: - OCR DRAMA GCSE and A LEVEL. The following playtexts on this exam board: Sweeney Todd/Frankenstein/Love of the Nightingale/Blood Brothers - AQA DRAMA GCSE and A LEVEL. The following playtexts on this exam board: Blood Brothers/Things I Know To Be True/Hedda Gabler/Yerma/Much Ado About Nothing/Our Country's Good. I have directed and explored many playtexts in a practical sense and take pride in high marks given to students in all areas of practical exam and coursework. I am also an examiner for the AQA Drama GCSE exam - again, hopefully giving confidence I am aware of how best to excel in all areas of the course.
