I always approach to people with respect and genuine interest on listening, understanding who they are and how they live.

I teach from people's point of view, I try understanding who they are, what they are looking for, what they interest are, how they ended up on my class and I try to support them professionally as well as emotionally. I am commitment to people; I understand everyone's differences and on my point of view this is our most valuable treasure, our identity. I do reenforce any skills they have and used as starting point for developing a new skill. If they can't open themself, if they too shy, that is fine I show them that is fine, and I share my personals experiences for show them that we all feel similar. We are all humans, perfect in our imperfection. I trust that motivation and positive attitude can easily be share when you understand the feeling of "have it" and "don't have it". In other words, when you are genuine. "Listen everyone as you want to be listened, help everyone as you would like to be helped".
