Let them openly speak if there struggling and never let them feel alone and if they say there struggling will help them one to one and if the time goes over 5 10 minutes it don't matter as its to help them. will never ever shut them off will always open and listen to the child that needs to be listened to. But will refuse to prioritise one person over everyone else as everyone deserves the same respect.
