English teacher to Boost Confidence, Improve Conversation and Prepare for Exams - IELTS, Cambridge Young Learners (YLE)

I am a English Language teacher based in the UK, I have 2 years experience working in Taiwan, and I'm currently training to be a Primary School teacher in the UK. I prioritize fun and engaging classes, tailored to each students individual needs. For children I use games and practical life activities to build conversational and written fluency. I enable the students to use all 4 skills in class, and encourage them to personalize new language to give them a deeper understanding. For adults I use practical life and real world issues to build engaging classes covering useable English. I minimize pushing boring grammar classes and instead try to teach grammar in small manageable chunks, so we can build your vocabulary and confidence in conversation. Finally, for test prep, I will assess your needs and formulate a tailored program to help you meet your target. I will provide the best practice materials for self-study and homework.
