I am a trainee English teacher with no prior experience in one-on-one tutoring. But I have clear idea about whatever methods or strategies should be adopted in classroom teaching. Creating a rapport with the students is very important in teaching since it prepares students for learning and avoids their indifference to learning. Use of pictures, videos, ICT will help to so much in maintaing the attention of the children. A teacher should be able create a love for the subject in the student rather than burdening them.
