I had an amazing experience with Emma and got so much from her coaching. I had thought about things to discuss before-hand but the questions she asked got me thinking on a much wider and deeper level so when I went away, I had loads of tangible action points based on what I was feeling stuck with and I kept the momentum going. It definitely felt like a safe and welcoming environment to talk about plans and what was holding me back - that I'd been too self conscious to talk about with people I knew - there was zero judgement and Emma responded in a really compassionate way and helped me explore options and tied it into examples from my strengths-finding test. Its definitely got me thinking much more about how I can move forwards and draw on my strengths in a practical and tangible way. I would recommend Emma's coaching sessions to everyone, especially if you're going through career or life changes. Thank you!

Emma made me feel really relaxed from the start, and the conversation flowed naturally throughout.
