10+ Years Supporting People | Creative Direction, Confidence & Personal Growth

I’m a creative mentor with over 10 years of experience supporting people with personal development, wellbeing, confidence and positive change. My professional background spans wellbeing support, education, creativity and entrepreneurship. I have also built and managed my own creative business, giving me first-hand experience of developing ideas, overcoming challenges and turning creative projects into reality. My approach combines personal development with practical support. Sessions can focus on building confidence, finding direction, developing creative ideas, navigating change, improving wellbeing or working towards personal and professional goals. I particularly enjoy supporting creatives, entrepreneurs, small business owners, parents and people who are entering a new chapter of their lives. My style is warm, encouraging and down-to-earth. I believe meaningful change comes from understanding what matters to you, finding a direction that feels right and breaking bigger ambitions into realistic, achievable steps. I look forward to working with you!
