I have over 12 yrs experience with + supporting students in higher education, helping them stay motivated, develop confidence and find practical ways to move forward with their studies. I also have training in autism and neurodiversity support, including medical helper modules.
In my coaching, I take a calm, patient and individual approach. I adapt to each student’s needs and communication style, helping them break things down, find structure and make progress without adding unnecessary pressure. I’m comfortable working online and enjoy helping students recognise their strengths and build confidence in their own abilities.
