Be it preparing for birth, recovery from birth or the often-difficult time of perimenopause. I focus on connecting movement to the breath, evoking a joyful, playful environment for self-discovery & reflection. Having practised yoga for over 20 years & teaching since 2012, I love helping students find ease in their bodies and am skilled in creating safe spaces & relaxed group dynamics. I am lucky enough to run a beautiful yoga studio where I teach both in person and online. I regularly teach: Pregnancy yoga, Mum & Baby stretch & Sing classes, Hatha, Flow, Chair Yoga, Restorative & Women’s Health sessions. I also facilitate a monthly women's circle alongside regular meditation classes.
