Advert description
Hello and welcome,
My name is Sophie, I am 25 years old and currently working as a youth support worker in Brighton. This job coincides with my tutoring Latin and French. I graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a 1st in Classics and went on to complete a Masters in custodial rehabilitation.
A bit about my love of Classics, specifically Latin - I first discovered my passion for Greek myths and Latin language at school. At Trinity College Dublin, I was surrounded by the most inspiring professors and I could not have loved the course more. In 2018, I curated a Latin camp, which involved three days of Latin learning and Greek myth discussions at the end of August.
I have taught all levels, from beginners to A-level, and I love working with my students to focus on their strengths and weaknesses.

Sophie taught my son common entrance Latin right up to GCSE. Charlie really grew in confidence and it became a passion for him. He's currently even deliberating it for A Level! Sophie has been highly organised, passionate and easy to communicate with. Could not recommend her enough.
