With over 8 years experience being a professional dancer internationally and 3 years working as chef I believe fitness, health and all round wellness have always been a huge passion of mine. I am keen to encourage clients the benefits of moving your body and empower them to build healthier habits, promote body confidence and help them to achieve their fitness goal. I have my Level 2 Fitness instructing certificate as well as being in the process of obtaining my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification later this year.
