Graphic Designer providing lessons to secondary school children and adults

Alongside my graphic design and art practice, teaching and sharing my skillset is where my passion lies. With a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Falmouth University and over six years of professional experience, my journey in the design world has been marked by continuous learning and a deep-seated passion for sharing knowledge. It is this passion that I am excited to share, guiding students to discover their own creative voices. Understanding the pivotal role of art and design in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills, my teaching methodology is built around inspiring curiosity and creativity in a supportive and engaging environment. I believe in making learning fun and accessible, encouraging children to explore various aspects of design, from basic principles to advanced software techniques, all tailored to their age and interest levels. I aim to instill a sense of confidence and creativity in your children, helping them to see the world through a designer’s lens, where every problem is an opportunity for an innovative solution. My lessons are designed to be interactive and hands-on, ensuring that your child remains engaged and excited about learning. Through personal anecdotes and real-world examples, I strive to demonstrate the joy and possibilities inherent in graphic design, making it a meaningful and enriching experience for your child. I am well-versed in the latest digital tools and online learning platforms, ensuring a seamless and productive online education experience. My commitment is to provide a safe, positive, and inspiring online space where your child can learn, grow, and express themselves creatively under professional guidance. I am eager to contribute to your child or your own growth as a budding designer, sharing with them the beauty of graphic design and digital art and helping to foster a lifelong love for this powerful form of communication. Thank you for reading and look forward to hopefully working together with yourself or your child!
