In my previous roles I took pride in actively listening to customers understand their needs and providing effective solutions. In my role as ……… working for company called. My role was very diverse and challenging. It was always important to understand the needs of customers and finding resolutions. Whether its resolving complaints or answering inquiries I strike to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. I believe in going above and beyond customer expectations.   In a previous retail role I encountered a challenging situation where a customer was dissatisfied with a product Through active listening and empathetic communications, I was able to understand their concerns and offer a suitable solution. By providing a clear and concise explanations, I influenced the customers perception and turned their negative experience to a positive one. This resulted customer satisfaction.
