Experienced AQA Psychology A-level Tutor

Hi, I'm Georgie! I'm an enthusiastic tutor with over 5 years of experience who aims to inspire and encourage students in their learning. In 2025 all of my A-level Psychology students achieved a grade C or above. At the core of my teaching philosophy lies the belief that defining clear objectives early in the learning journey is vital. Understanding whether a student aims to attain a specific grade or is on a mission to boost their confidence in a particular subject informs the direction our sessions will take. This strategic approach not only helps assess progress but also fosters positive self-reflection, ultimately enhancing students' self-assurance. During a typical session with me, we'll delve into the intricacies of the subject, explore illustrative examples, and tackle individual tasks to gauge comprehension and boost confidence. Every session is meticulously tailored to address the unique needs of each student, ensuring they receive the maximum benefit from our time together.
