Advert description
I have over 20 years’ experience teaching Chemistry at a high achieving school and am an Examiner for Edexcel Chemistry. I have a PhD in Chemistry from Cambridge University and studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University. I have been tutoring for over 10 years.
I want to help you understand every concept and show you how to use scientific vocabulary correctly so that you can answer examination questions with confidence. I have an excellent subject knowledge and use different resources and strategies to build your subject skills.
My students achieve high grades (A*/9). I can offer helpful advice on learning chemical facts and tips on examination technique. I want students to engage fully in the sessions and will patiently work with you to improve and excel. I always encourage you to ask questions and listen carefully to your answers.
