I teach energetic classes to students diverse in age, background and ability. Classes focus on discipline, self defence, fitness and the art of GoJu Karate

I have taught many people over the years, both in martial arts and also in the work environment. When delivering a martial arts class, I am very disciplined and energetic in my delivery. Plenty of demonstration and explanation of detailed moves is required. This is Taylor we to the age and ability of the students present to ensure they get the most out of each class. My background of Hospitality, health and safety and security have included teaching others on the job. This included in-house sessions with individuals and groups, as well as working with and assessing staff undergoing NQV qualifications.
