Guitar lessons in Blackpool

Great teacher, friendly and to the point. Says it how it is and understands what makes a great musician.

I’ve been taking guitar lessons with my Colin for a while now and the progress I’ve made has been huge. His teaching style is structured but still relaxed, which makes learning feel enjoyable rather than overwhelming. He really focuses on proper technique, especially things like alternate picking and timing, which has made a noticeable difference in my playing. What I appreciate most is how he explains things in a way that actually makes sense, breaking down complex ideas into something practical I can work on straight away. Lessons are always tailored to my goals, whether that’s improving fundamentals or working on specific songs and styles I enjoy. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about teaching. I’d highly recommend him to anyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills and push your playing to the next level.

Very good tutor for both electric and bass. Excellent lessons and covers all different types of music.

He is patient, and explains everything really well. He takes it at your pace as well.

Colin is a super guitar tutor - he really knows his stuff! A patient and kind teacher who tailors every lesson. Thanks Colin

I would rate 10 if I could. I've learned a lot from Colin, he's a brilliant teacher. I was a total newbie when it came to learning guitar. His methods of teaching are easy to understand and learn, which make the lessons really enjoyable. Some tutors take things way TOO seriously....whereas Colin whilst always taking his lessons seriuosly will not put aload of pressure on you to get things right. He lets you go at your own pace. Thanks to Colins lessons I am now a bass Guitarist in a Rock, Pop Covers band. If you want to learn to play any guitar I would highly recommened Colin.

Very good and thorough. Attentive to your needs

Been going for lessons for 13 years now and every lesson is a new experience, Colin teaches you exactly what you need to know to progress in your stage of playing awesome

Great in depth lessons. Always gives clear goals and instructions. Makes an effort to teach the guitar properly and the music behind the instrument rather than just songs so you actually know how and why you are playing. After only a few months and starting as a complete beginner I have noticed large amounts of progress in my playing and cannot wait to carry on. Highly recommended.

Excellent tutor and all round good guy. Very knowledgeable and tailored the lessons around me and what I wanted and/or needed rather than following a set method. All good. Very happy to recommend.

Colin is a fantastic tutor. It is evident that he has a great love and deep knowledge of his subject which is very contagious. Loving my lessons and would definitely recommend CRC Guitars ??

Very patient, great teacher.

Fantastic tutor, been a privilege to be one of Colins students for 9 years. He has helped me on my musical journey since that start and has changed my life. Won't find a better tutor out there!

Colin is such a great teacher, teaches theory in an understanding way and also how to play songs by breaking them down.I love my lessons and would not go to anybody else he is such a nice down to earth guy.
